These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and website use by Passiflora Cave, including creative workshops, sound healing, Reiki sessions, corporate bookings, and artwork sales. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Passiflora Cave offers:

• Creative workshops (e.g., lino printing, drawing, basket weaving)

• Sound healing and Reiki treatments

• Corporate/organisational workshops and wellness sessions

• Artwork performances, sales and commissions

Service descriptions may change at any time.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Prices are listed in EUR (€) and may change without affecting existing bookings.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment or a signed agreement (for corporate clients).

• Payment methods may include iDeal, PayPal, bank transfer, or other listed options.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Public Workshops

• 7+ days before: full refund or credit

• 3–6 days: 50% refund or credit

• 0–2 days / no-show: no refund
  If Passiflora Cave or a partner venue cancels, a full refund or transfer is offered.

Private Sessions (Creative or Holistic)

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are fully chargeable.

• Deposits for private group bookings are non-refundable.

Corporate / Organisation Bookings

• Deposit or signed agreement required.

• More than 14 days before: balance refundable

• 7–14 days: 50% fee payable

• Less than 7 days: full fee due

4. Client Responsibilities

For Sound Healing & Reiki

• These are complementary wellness practices and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

• Clients must inform the practitioner of:

  • Sensory sensitivities

  • Pregnancy

  • Medical considerations; epilepsy or pacemaker

  • Mobility needs

For Creative Workshops

• Some workshops involve sharp tools or potentially messy materials.

• Clients must follow safety instructions.

• Passiflora Cave is not responsible for injuries due to unsafe use of materials.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photos, text, workshop content, and branding on this site belong to Passiflora Cave.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use the content commercially without written permission.

Buying artwork does not include reproduction or licensing rights unless agreed separately.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law:

• Passiflora Cave is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

• We are not responsible for injuries or incidents resulting from not following safety instructions, undisclosed sensitivities, or misuse of tools/materials.

• Website availability, security, and accuracy cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Nothing limits liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Third-Party Services

Payments, bookings, or venue collaborations may involve external providers.
Their terms also apply.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in line with GDPR.
By using this site, you consent to the processing of your data as described there.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
