Hi, I’m Sofia – artist, energy worker and founder of Passiflora Cave.
Through Passiflora Cave, I offer a range of art services, creative workshops and holistic treatments in Utrecht and the Netherlands, inviting you to slow down and explore a space of learning and self-expression.

"I discovered a world that feels like magic"
Passiflora Cave was born from my own healing journey. A few years ago, I experienced burnout from a stressful corporate job (among other things), which left me with anxiety, fatigue and chronic pain.
When the medical system couldn't help, I set out to discover other ways of healing. This led me to reiki and sound healing, which became an integral part of my recovery.
I started listening to my body, and decided to follow my heart. For me, that meant returning to my love for art and creative connection – teaching, as well as making art! Eventually, I felt called to train in holistic healing techniques so I could help others, and am now a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner with a Sound Healing Diploma from the International Association of Sound Therapy.
Returning to my art practice helped me remember who I am. Through Passiflora Cave, I now share these gifts with you.
