"I discovered a world that feels like magic"

Hi, I’m Sofia – artist, energy worker and founder of Passiflora Cave.

Passiflora Cave was born from my own healing journey.

Like many others working in the corporate sector, I experienced an intense burnout that left me struggling with chronic anxiety, pain and fatigue for years.

How did I find my way back to health? I discovered holistic healing practices that focused on the nervous system and connection with self.

Through sound healing, Reiki, yoga, and somatic therapy, I began to slowly build trust within my system and could change my behaviours and patterns that had put me into burn out.

I started listening to my body, and decided to follow my heart.

I felt called to train in holistic healing techniques so I could help others, and am now a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner with a Sound Therapy Diploma from the International Association of Sound Therapy.

My journey soon took me back to my creative self. Ever since a small child, I loved making things, being creative, and helping others to do the same. I decided to put my Bachelor in Fine Art to good use, and felt called to share my skills through creative workshops!

And so Passiflora Cave was born.

I can meet you where you are at

Stepping out of your comfort zone can be scary. I offer an accessible entry into holistic wellness and take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense.

A little bit of science and a little bit of magic

I operate from a space where knowledge meets intuition. I lean on my training and education in art and energy healing to hold sessions that have structure and depth while leaving space for intuition to guide the way.
